Accuracy: Tags are accurately spelled, categorized by type, reported when false and pertinent to scan. You will be held responsible for the correctly reporting tags you create.
Completeness: All pertinent Character, Series, and Mangaka/Studio are added to the scan. This includes the Doujinishi tag.
Time Limit: 4hrs/batch. Re-reservation is possible if no other member has reserved the batch first.
Report inaccuracies in existing Tags into the Bleach Tag Administration Thread NOT the Tag Administration Thread. This is to ensure that accurate points are delegated.
Demonstrate good conduct and sportsmanship by helping each other in the local shoutbox when others are unsure.
Judges
Judge individual scan for accuracy and completeness. (see above)
Report any tags that need to be changed
Assign Points according to the Points Policy -- direct any ambiguity in rules to Admins
Add New Taggers
Points
Points are only awarded when the Member who finished the batch has tagged the scan. This means that all other member's tags do not contribute to overall score. However, if there are pre-existing false tags, you MUST report them or be penalized. With this rule in mind, note that your time is better spent tagging only the scans in your own batch.
(1) Point is awarded when a scan is tagged accurately and completely.
(0) Points are awarded when the scan has already been accurately and completely tagged but the member who reserved the batch has not added any tags. Thus in order to gain (1) point you must at least add (1) tag.
(-1) Points are awarded when the scan has been either inaccurately or incompletely tagged. Even if the member has added (0) tags, if there exists an incorrect tag or if the tag list is incomplete (according to the rules of Completeness) member will be held responsible for those tags.
(1) Point is awarded when Taggers correctly report a Theme associated with a Character
(5-30) Points are awarded when Taggers correctly report a new Character (30), Alias (5) or other relevant Tag Administration issues(such as misspellings or ambiguities)(10-20).
(-20) Points are awarded when Taggers either create incorrect Tags, fail to report Tag changes, or report Tag Administration issues that are incorrect, irrelevant or frivolous. This measure is taken to ensure that members do not haphazardly report irrelevant information. Only Tag-licious Staff can deduct points for these reasons.
(X) Points can be awarded for good sportsmanship and conduct or deducted for poor conduct at Admin/Judge discretion upon discussion with Tag-licious Staff.

Using the System
Taggers
Registration and Login: In order to register, please EITHER respond to the Registration Thread, or PM a judge/admin. They will PM your UserID as soon as it is convenient. This UserID is a 5 digit number to be entered into the login screen. If you lose your UserID you may ask a Judge/Admin to retrieve this information at their earliest convenience.
Batch List: Use this List to reserve Batches. Batches are made up of 50 scans each except for the last batch. The scans assigned to each batch are in random chronological order to ensure fairness.

Reserving Batches: You may reserve (1) batch at a time. You reserve a batch by visiting the batch list. Batches may be reserve for up to 4Hrs. When your time expires you may reserve the batch again if no other member has reserved it. Once a batch is reserved you may only relinquish the batch after the time limit is up--you cannot relinquish batches prior to this time limit.
Finishing a Batch: Once you have completed all scans in a batch, you may click "FINISH" on the Batch List or the Scan List.
Points: Points are also shown on the Batch List, but they will be awarded as judges finish individual scans. With this in mind, please note that judges do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these scores.
Scan List: Use this List to access scans you must tag. Scans come from the entire gallery (Wallpapers, Scans and Indy Art). Scan List is only activated once you have reserved a Batch.
Finishing a Scan: For your personal purposes, you may check off the scans you have completed. Note that this is optional and will have no effect on judging or any other part of the system.
